🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and support HRMS modules and configurations
• Analyze HR processes for non-resident employees
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support to HRMS users
• Identify and implement HR process automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst
• Experience deploying and configuring HRMS platforms
• Full cycle HRMS project involvement from analysis to support
• Knowledge of integration mechanisms with external systems

• Experience with HRMS integration to ERP
• Understanding of payroll, time tracking, and absence management
