You'll lead a growing team of Customer Success Managers at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform revolutionizing global work. You'll coach and develop your CSMs to drive customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth while optimizing team processes and analyzing customer data to identify improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a growing CSM team, including hiring, training, and coaching
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing team effectiveness and processes
• Analyze customer and product data to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with Operations to design workflows and automations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience leading a CSM team in B2B SaaS
• Track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention goals
• Experience working across multiple countries and time zones
• Data-oriented with ability to analyze customer data
