💼 About This Role

You'll co-lead groups of up to 13 campers teaching outdoor skills like shelter building and fire making at Avid4 Adventure camps. You'll be a role model ensuring safety and fun. This role offers training in hard and soft skills to succeed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach shelter building, fire making, navigation, and plant identification
• Lead paddling, rock climbing, or mountain biking as needed
• Ensure risk management and teach safe recreation practices
• Demonstrate and guide camper behavior and activities

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old by start of camp
• 1+ years of experience working with kids in professional or volunteer setting
• Personal or professional experience in wilderness skills (Scouts, camping, etc.)
• Minimum Basic First Aid and CPR certification by start of camp

• Wilderness First Aid certification ($100 bonus)

📨 Hiring Process
