You will use your deep expertise in Norwegian grammar, syntax, and dialects to challenge and improve advanced language models. Your work involves testing model reasoning, documenting errors, and providing feedback to enhance AI's understanding of the Norwegian language.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Norwegian language, linguistics, or related field
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or linguistic analysis projects preferred
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Own secure computer and high-speed internet
• Expertise in Bokmål, Nynorsk, regional dialects, and formal/informal registers

Responsibilities

• Challenge AI models on Norwegian grammar, morphology, syntax, and dialects
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Conversate with models on language scenarios
