You'll join the Regulatory Reporting team to support adaptation to new Central Bank regulations, focusing on Basel capital and Pillar 3 reports. Your core impact will be ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic and evolving environment. This top-priority role offers direct influence on critical regulatory submissions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure and ensure quality of regulatory reports (DLO, DLI).
• Develop and update internal policies on Basel capital requirements.
• Lead preparation and maintenance of Pillar 3 reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams to automate reporting processes.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in auditing or payment institutions.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting (CADOCs, Pillar 3, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of capital adequacy accounting.
• Advanced English level and advanced use of AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Python and SQL for automation.
• Familiarity with BACEN, IFRS, or Basel III.
• Experience with BI tools for regulatory reporting.
