You'll join Malt's Finance Operations team to manage the order-to-cash cycle for international enterprise accounts. You'll help ensure smooth financial workflows through invoicing, payment reconciliation, and process automation. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You'll collaborate across departments including accounting, sales, and legal.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage invoicing for large enterprise accounts based on purchase orders
• Monitor project consumption and anticipate over-consumption
• Reconcile customer payments and collect overdue invoices
• Optimize financial processes and reduce manual work

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business school for a 6-month internship starting July 2026
• Knowledge in finance/administration or related first experience
• Proactive, organized, and responsible work style
• Fully fluent in French and English
