🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier I and II IT support across client environments.
• Configure and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions.
• Troubleshoot networking, server, and endpoint issues.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IT consulting or support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies (Entra, Intune, Defender, SharePoint).
• Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and virtualization.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, MD-102).
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
