💼 About This Role

You'll design and optimize fiber optic networks for xAI's high-performance infrastructure, conducting site surveys and producing detailed OSP/ISP designs. You'll ensure accurate records and reliable connectivity in a dynamic, field-intensive role with ~50% travel. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document and design fiber networks using IQGeo Network Manager and CAD.
• Conduct site surveys for OSP/ISP connectivity designs.
• Install and maintain fiber cross-connects and jumpers.
• Perform fiber testing with VFL and OPM.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in fiber optic network design and OSP/ISP deployments.
• Proficiency with IQGeo Network Manager and CAD.
• Experience with fiber testing equipment (VFL, OPM).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel ~50%.

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications such as CFOT or Fiber Optic Technician.
• Experience with NetBox or similar DCIM/IPAM tools.
• Experience collaborating on permitting processes.
