Description
You will be the strategic partner to Roku's advertising clients, managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale. Your role involves building strong relationships, upselling, and ensuring campaign success to maximize revenue.
Requirements

- Experience in account management and growing client relationships

- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead day-to-day contact for top-tier advertisers and agencies
- Manage and grow client accounts, driving renewals and upsell opportunities
- Craft persuasive narratives with data-driven storytelling to engage clients
- Support Account Executives in client meetings and QBRs
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
