You'll partner with senior leaders to drive leadership development and organizational design at a global employment platform. Your work will directly shape culture and performance across a distributed team of 400+. This role offers the chance to influence strategic decisions and design people programs that scale globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise senior leaders on people strategy and organizational design
• Manage employee relations, including investigations and PIPs
• Coach managers on leadership development and performance management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align people processes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of People/Business Partner experience
• Organizational design expertise with significant change management
• Experience partnering with globally distributed teams across Americas and EMEA
• Track record of designing and running strategic people programs
