💼 About This Role

You'll lead growth and platform strategy for a portfolio of products at Toptal, the world's largest fully remote workforce. You'll define how products, tools, and marketplaces come together to drive customer and business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with executives and shape the product function at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for growth and platform initiatives.
• Define cross-product synergy and cohesive customer experiences.
• Lead upsell, cross-sell, and packaging strategy across offerings.
• Guide prioritization and sequencing as the portfolio scales.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Economics).
• At least 10 years of software Product Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading other Product Managers.
• Prior experience working as a Software Engineer.
