• Coordinate daily LTL shipments, scheduling pickups and deliveries

• Resolve exceptions like delays, damages, or lost freight
• Audit carrier invoices and file billing disputes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in LTL Freight or transportation operations
• Strong understanding of LTL carrier networks and pricing structures
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Google Workspace
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with freight audit and payment processes
