💼 About This Role

You'll serve as MYOB's in-house expert for the Gotransverse billing ecosystem, owning functional design and process governance across Salesforce, Gotransverse, and Workday. You'll lead Order-to-Cash process mapping and drive billing system integration for a leading business management solution in Australia and New Zealand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as functional SME for Gotransverse billing ecosystem
• Lead Order-to-Cash process mapping across Salesforce, Gotransverse, Workday
• Define billing rules and system requirements for new product launches
• Manage and prioritise billing backlog for automation and optimisation

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with Gotransverse (GTV) billing platform
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes including billing and invoicing
• Strong functional design capability translating business requirements into system logic
• Experience working across finance and technology domains

• Exposure to Salesforce or Workday
• Experience in enterprise billing transformations or consulting environments
