💼 About This Role

You'll inspect and record contractor's construction activities on-site for water/wastewater projects, acting as liaison with clients and the community. You'll ensure conformance to contract documents and perform material testing as specified. This role offers excellent benefits and career development programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect construction activities for conformance to contract documents
• Perform material testing as specified in the contract
• Prepare as-built drawings and maintain records
• Coordinate with Engineer of Record and respond to RFIs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years water/wastewater heavy civil project experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and plans
• Knowledge of math including geometry and trigonometry

• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level 1 certification
• Bachelor's in construction management or related field
• CMIT, ACI, NICET, ODOT, or APWA certifications
