💼 About This Role

You'll own internal IT operations at a fast-growing fintech startup, building automated onboarding/offboarding workflows. You'll drive identity and access management across our SaaS stack and partner with engineering on compliance. This foundational role offers real ownership from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Own identity and access management across SaaS stack (Okta, SSO, SCIM).
• Own MDM stack, enforce endpoint policies, manage hardware lifecycle.
• Serve as internal point of contact for IT vendors and security partners.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations or corporate engineering at startup/fintech.
• Experience building onboarding/offboarding workflow from scratch.
• Deep Okta experience with SSO, SCIM provisioning, lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of compliance obligations in regulated environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at card issuer, payments company, or regulated fintech.
• Familiarity with modern tools: Linear, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace.
