💼 About This Role

You'll define the product vision and strategy for Roblox's Consumer Frontend team, working on core UI and design systems. Your goal is to measurably raise UI/UX quality across all surfaces and platforms, unlocking greater capabilities for the company. You'll report to the Senior Director of Product for Apps and lead a team that shapes the experience for millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Consumer Frontend team
• Lead common UI paradigms and provide thought leadership on Roblox UI
• Drive UI standardization and design system adoption through stakeholder management
• Personally manage critical projects as hands-on PM when required

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in consumer products
• Experience defining, managing, or driving adoption of design systems or UI platforms
• Expertise in platform product development with internal engineers/designers as primary customers
• Experience running complex, platform-wide AB tests and managing trade-off conversations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Luau or similar languages
• Experience with React framework
• Passion for gaming and deep understanding of game UI or multi-platform UI delivery
