You'll drive data strategy for risk as a product at Stripe. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Risk leadership to define metrics and analytical frameworks. This role offers the chance to shape how risk capabilities are built and measured at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define metrics, data products, and analytical frameworks for risk as a product
• Own definition, reliability, and visibility of critical risk metrics
• Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure for metric accuracy
• Evolve risk experimentation strategy and evaluate policy impact

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Analytics or related roles
• Proven track record driving data strategy across multiple teams
• SQL expertise and proficiency in Python
• Experience designing experimentation frameworks for complex systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Experience in risk, trust safety, or fintech
• Familiarity with causal inference and constrained A/B testing
