Description

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Product Delivery team, you'll help evolve traditional MES and PLC-based systems towards a software-defined manufacturing architecture. You'll work collaboratively across product teams, taking ownership of infrastructure, builds, testing, and operations—including on-call support during production hours in the factory.

Requirements

• Experienced software/automation engineer with PLC programming or OT knowledge
• Willing to adopt modern software engineering practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD)
• Experience operating and supporting large software or OT systems
• Familiar with monitoring and alerting for production systems
• Experience defining and working with SLAs/SLOs

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate existing PLC/OT code from vendor to the team
• Evolve current architecture towards a software-defined manufacturing solution
• Monitor and improve software availability, latency, and efficiency
• Act as bridge between digital product development and physical logistics/production systems
• Define and monitor SLAs/SLOs and KPIs like OEE for critical systems
