You will lead the People Operations team, designing HR systems and programs to support hypergrowth and post-merger integration. Partnering with founders and senior leadership, you'll build a world-class employee experience and scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

6–12 years of HR experience with strategic business partnering
Proven track record in M&A integration and change management
Experience managing HR in hyper-growth (Series B–D)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Must be commutable to SF, Chicago or NYC; hybrid 3–4 days per week

Lead and manage the People Operations team
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hypergrowth
Oversee HR integration post-mergers and acquisitions
Partner with leadership to forecast hiring and manage recruitment
Enhance employee engagement and retention strategies
