You will lead the People Operations team, designing HR systems and programs to support hypergrowth and post-merger integration. Partnering with founders and senior leadership, you'll build a world-class employee experience and scalable infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of HR experience with strategic business partnering
  • Proven track record in M&A integration and change management
  • Experience managing HR in hyper-growth (Series B–D)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Must be commutable to SF, Chicago or NYC; hybrid 3–4 days per week
