You'll design data models, build robust pipelines, and manage DevOps for a BI team at Motive, a company empowering physical operations with AI. Your core impact will be delivering high-quality datasets that drive global strategy, leveraging cutting-edge AI tooling and a modern data stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to design end-to-end architecture.
• Build and maintain data models in Snowflake and Iceberg using dbt.
• Orchestrate data pipelines with Airflow, Python, and Terraform.
• Implement data quality testing and governance practices.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering.
• Deep expertise in SQL and dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS.
• Proficiency with Python and Terraform.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowpark or Cortex AI.
• Building dashboards in Tableau or Retool.
• Semantic models for natural language querying.
