💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a pre-sales technical advisor helping customers integrate Claude into their tech stacks. You'll architect innovative LLM solutions that address complex business challenges while maintaining high standards for safety and reliability. This role combines deep technical work with customer-facing impact at a leading AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor throughout the Claude adoption journey, coordinating across teams.
• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and eval frameworks hands-on using Claude API and tools.
• Create reusable blueprints, demos, and enablement assets that scale across customers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of highly technical experience as a software engineer or solutions architect with hands-on building.
• Strong coding ability in Python and ability to ship production-quality code.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, or background in machine learning or data science.
