You'll partner with Account Executives to showcase Deel's HR platform, translating client needs into compliant solutions. You'll own technical wins through discovery, demos, and architecture workshops. This role offers career acceleration at a global HR tech leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver technical demos and solution workshops for prospective clients
• Conduct discovery to assess client processes and propose optimized solutions
• Respond to RFPs and lead integration architecture discussions
• Develop enablement assets like demo narratives and reference architectures

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant
• Experience with a Global HRIS provider
• Understanding of hire-to-retire HRIS workflow
• Willingness to travel ~10% or less
