You'll lead the design and implementation of production-ready AI systems within the ION Factory OS, shipping features that directly impact manufacturing workflows. You'll architect scalable systems and collaborate with product managers to deliver customer-facing AI solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of production-ready AI systems.
• Ship customer-facing AI and non-AI features for manufacturing workflows.
• Architect scalable AI/ML pipelines and product infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years shipping AI/ML-powered products into production.
• Experience architecting scalable systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in data modeling, preprocessing, and model evaluation at scale.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time or edge AI deployments.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines and MCP frameworks.
• Customer-facing experience gathering requirements.
