Description

As a Senior Customer Success Architect, you will act as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them achieve business outcomes using OneTrust's Privacy Management platform. You will lead workshops, develop solution architectures, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders to drive value and mitigate privacy risks.

Requirements

• Significant industry experience in privacy, compliance, or governance
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in customer-facing privacy and security consulting roles
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor status with senior business and technology leaders
• Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents leveraging OneTrust best practices
• Lead strategic workshops and develop high-level solution recommendations
• Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and learning events
• Collaborate with external teams to align roadmaps and technical architectures with strategic goals
