💼 About This Role

You'll join Saily, an AI-native Product Engineering team building mobile data connectivity for travelers. You'll own problems end-to-end from idea to production in small, autonomous teams, using AI agents to amplify your output. This role offers you context, autonomy, and AI as a multiplier to do your best work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own problems end-to-end from idea to production
• Deliver features without fully defined specifications
• Collaborate with product, design, data, and engineers
• Use AI agents for coding, testing, and iteration

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience building real products
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI-native tools with measurable adoption
• Experience building full-stack features across mobile or web apps
• Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and no initial acceptance criteria

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with backend stacks like Go, MySQL, Kafka, Kubernetes
• Experience with frontend stacks like Next.js, React, TypeScript
• Mobile development experience (iOS or Android)
