You'll act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise customers, driving adoption of the Cribl telemetry platform. You'll bridge technical and business discussions, ensuring customers realize value from their observability investments.

  • Drive customer adoption and value realization for Cribl solutions
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders and senior management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering
  • Track customer metrics and health using the success platform

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 years in post-sales customer advocacy or engineering role
  • Experience with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations
  • Proven track record with large complex enterprises
  • Willingness to travel 15-20%

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Data engineering platform admin experience (e.g. Splunk, Elastic)
  • Knowledge of GainSight or PlanHat customer success platforms
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
