You'll lead M&A and strategic partnerships for a deep-tech defense organization, driving inorganic growth and capital allocation. You'll operate at the intersection of corporate strategy and executive decision-making in highly complex, regulated markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and lead strategic partnerships to strengthen market position
• Structure and negotiate complex agreements including joint ventures
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, integration
• Develop investment materials for executive leadership and boards

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate development, PE, IB, or strategy consulting
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end complex transactions (M&A, partnerships, investments)
• Financial modeling and transaction structuring expertise
