Requirements

• Exceptional academic background with Bachelors or Masters in Psychology or People-based subject.
• Experience hiring talent in technology industry, with graduate hiring expertise essential.
• Highly data-driven mindset with ability to create measurable outcomes using SQL.
• Exposure to psychometric assessments and experience conducting behavioral/competency-based interviews.
• High level of personal organization and self-drive to work remotely.
