💼 About This Role

You'll lead real estate legal efforts for renewable energy projects at a growing infrastructure investment firm. You'll manage a nationwide pipeline of solar, wind, and battery transactions from origination to closing. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with remote flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets
• Manage pipeline deals across the US, facilitating cross-team dialogue
• Negotiate and draft commercial real estate transaction documents
• Oversee due diligence and underwrite assets for lease terms and cash flow

📋 Requirements

• 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney in law firm and in-house renewable energy
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Understanding of financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects
• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
