You'll lead and scale the Solution Consultants function, ensuring accurate scoping of professional services engagements for OpenGov's AI and ERP platform serving over 2,000 government agencies. You'll drive quality and scalability in scoping processes while developing a high-performing team. This role offers direct impact on customer success in the civic tech space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants
• Oversee scoping calls and ensure high-quality engagements
• Support team in navigating multi-product deals
• Partner cross-functionally to improve scoping processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional services experience in SaaS
• 1+ year of management experience
• Experience with government or ERP solutions preferred
