💼 About This Role

You'll join AceUp, evolving from SaaS into an AI-first leadership development engine. You'll build and optimize LLM workflows and RAG retrievers for production. This is a hands-on coding role where you'll live in Python and Vertex AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize LLM prompt chains for conversational agents
• Develop RAG retrievers to chunk, embed, and index content
• Build Python services and APIs wrapping AI models
• Create evaluation datasets to measure model performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ years of Machine Learning or Data Engineering pipeline experience
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Vertex AI)
• B.S. in Computer Science or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience using Firebase/Firestore
• Understanding of Docker and CI/CD
