💼 About This Role

You'll own the accounting foundation at a profitable, high-growth SaaS company. You'll build the close process, controls, and audit readiness from scratch. You'll eventually lead a small team while staying hands-on with the work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Build accounting infrastructure from scratch
• Lead annual audit and maintain audit readiness
• Manage tax compliance and payroll accounting
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and People teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong command of US GAAP including ASC 606 and equity-based compensation
• Experience owning a full-cycle close and managing external audits
• Proficiency in ERP platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA preferred
• Experience evaluating or implementing a new ERP
• Experience managing or mentoring accountants
