Description

You will help customers adopt and maximize the value of Jama Software's products, particularly Jama Connect and its AI features. You'll lead customer engagements, provide training, and document best practices to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in software implementation and adoption
• Ability to consult, mentor, and encourage product adoption
• Proactive engagement with portfolio of customers

Responsibilities

• Become subject matter expert in Jama's products and offerings, especially airborne defense and AI features
• Lead multiple customer engagements and advise on process alignment with Jama Connect
• Lead client working sessions to drive process and technology decisions
• Deliver onsite and remote training to onboard new users
• Document and share best practice articles and enablement assets
