Requirements

• 3+ years leadership experience managing customer-facing technical teams
• Experience in customer-facing roles like solutions engineering or consulting
• Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure, application modernization, and open source
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and customer success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6-10 customer-facing architects
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop personalized growth plans
• Partner with sales to review opportunities and bring evaluations to conclusion
• Work with architects to understand customer needs and ensure tailored solutions
• Monitor team performance metrics and refine strategies to achieve business goals
