💼 About This Role

You'll join the Flight Controls System Team to verify and test the fly-by-wire flight control system for our all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. You'll design and execute requirements-based tests to ensure compliance with FAA certification standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute requirements-based tests for flight control system
• Correlate test results with analyses and predictions
• Evaluate test data to confirm component performance
• Ensure testing compliance with FAA or other aircraft standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a related field
• Degree in systems engineering, computer science, or related field
• Experience with requirements based testing using ARP4754A or DO-178C
• Background using Polarion or similar requirements management tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CI tools like TeamCity or Jenkins
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, or NI for data acquisition
• Experience with integrated system communication protocols like ARINC429, CAN, Ethernet
