💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits using your pop culture knowledge. You'll assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets in a mission-driven retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
