• Help build Delphi minds end-to-end from creation to iteration
• Run tight build loops with messy inputs and rapid improvements
• QA and improve conversation quality for sharp responses
• Support audio/content quality for mind building

📋 Requirements

• A builder mindset with a focus on shipping and iterating
• Understanding that knowledge is dynamic and requires structure
• Clear and concise writing skills to turn ambiguity into crisp copy
• High agency and scrappiness to figure things out independently
