💼 About This Role

You'll lead site design for industrial railroad facilities while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You'll drive project delivery from concept through construction at an employee-owned firm. Hybrid work includes three days in-office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead site design for railyards, maintenance buildings, fueling stations.
• Oversee utility design for water, sewer, stormwater, fire protection.
• Prepare design documents, specs, cost estimates, and calculations.
• Manage multi-disciplinary projects from concept through construction.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota required.
• 5–10 years experience in civil/site design and utility infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional state licensure preferred.
• Experience in railroad-related projects is a plus.
