• Act as main point of contact for assigned clients via Slack, email, and CRM.

• Support client onboarding including ad catalog configuration and platform setup.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Prior experience with eCommerce clients or a marketing/advertising agency.
• Ability to work US business hours (EST/PST).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
