🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor invoices and vendors daily for timely processing
• Supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed per global standards
• Participate in month-end closing activities
• Manage key vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate escalation for urgent payment requests

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
• Supervisory experience directing others
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Proficient in MS Excel with lookup and pivot tables

• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience with SAP Concur
