Description

As a STAT RN with BAYADA, you will be part of a highly skilled nursing team caring for clients transitioning home from the hospital. You will provide initial 4-6 weeks of one-on-one skilled nursing care, performing assessments and monitoring clients' conditions. Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing
• CPR Certified
• One year of RN experience
• Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience
• Willingness to work with all ages and in all private duty settings

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, document observations and interventions
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Work a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per week and one weekend per month
• Travel to client homes across Passaic, Bergen, Hudson counties
