💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive the commercial success of customer renewals across international markets, acting as the commercial engine of the customer lifecycle. You'll lead renewal, pricing, and contract negotiations with customers, including procurement and legal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone energized by clear revenue ownership and high-accountability environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• End-to-end ownership of renewals and expansions for international customer portfolio
• Lead renewal, pricing, and contract negotiations with customers
• Accurate renewal forecasting and pipeline management in CRM tools
• Early identification and mitigation of at-risk renewals

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets or quota-based goals
• Experience navigating procurement processes and contract negotiations
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French
