💼 About This Role

You'll blend operational excellence with food & beverage preparation to ensure accurate, high-quality orders every time. You'll play a key role in smooth behind-the-scenes operations by preparing Starbucks beverages, managing inventory, and keeping the facility organized. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare Starbucks beverages and food items per recipes and standards.
• Receive, unpack, and replenish product deliveries, confirming inventory accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen, café, and facility spaces.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 49 lbs
• Comfortable working flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
