You'll manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and coordinate service operations for a European team. Your core impact is ensuring employees get the right equipment and access quickly, keeping assets tracked accurately. This role stands out with relocation support to hubs like Cyprus or Serbia and a flexible remote/hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full lifecycle of IT hardware across Europe
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate records of devices and inventory
• Handle day-to-day IT service requests

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with IT asset management or IT operations support
• Experience working with Google Workspace, Airtable, and Atlassian products
• Basic understanding of access management processes and MDM systems
• B1 or higher English level for international communication

• Experience supporting mobile devices and mobile operations
• Basic understanding of software licensing and compliance processes
• Experience improving or automating operational workflows
