You'll build zero trust segmentation for container ecosystems at Illumio, the leader in breach containment. You'll define critical features and mentor junior engineers while working with Kubernetes and related technologies. This role offers ownership of novel product development in cybersecurity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build orchestration for Zero Trust Segmentation at the application/pod level
• Design critical features and subsystems for container security
• Mentor junior engineers and new-grads
• Work with field organization and customers to shape the product

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years building distributed & scalable software systems
• Proficient in Go, Python, or Java
• Experience with Kubernetes and related technologies
• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent degree

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with networking and security controls
• TCP/IP networking knowledge
• Unix/Linux programming environment
