💼 About This Role

You'll work across Bounce's consumer product (web and mobile), contributing to the full design process from discovery to shipping-ready UI. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional pod with mentorship from senior designers, and encouraged to ask questions and challenge assumptions while developing your design voice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and prototype user interfaces in Figma
• Contribute to UX decisions for web and mobile products
• Participate in user interviews and usability tests
• Maintain and extend the design system

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of product design experience
• A portfolio demonstrating UX thinking
• Solid working knowledge of Figma
• Strong attention to detail

• Experience with AI design tools
• Familiarity with quantitative data analysis
• Experience in consumer product design
