Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• 3+ years leading operations

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily DC activities for peak efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers and warehouse staff
• Design and implement warehouse systems to optimize operations and reduce costs
• Set performance targets, monitor progress, and drive accountability
• Maintain safe workplace compliance with OSHA standards
