You'll build automated revenue systems at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data. Your work will turn strategy into scalable execution engines that consistently generate pipeline. This builder role lets you design and automate GTM workflows using AI and modern tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship automated GTM workflows (outbound, inbound, routing, enrichment, follow-ups)
• Build and maintain data pipelines for enrichment, segmentation, and scoring
• Launch and iterate programmatic outbound and ABM campaigns using signals
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to identify bottlenecks and build systems

📋 Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in a technical, growth, or revenue-adjacent role
• Strong systems thinking — connect sales, marketing, product, and data into one engine
• Comfortable with APIs, SQL, automation tools (Clay, Zapier, Make), and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Builder mindset — defines problems, ships solutions, moves fast without perfect specs

✨ Nice to Have

• Light scripting in Python or JavaScript
• Experience with data workflows and integrations
