💼 About This Role

You'll support enterprise priorities at Crunchyroll by structuring key decisions and driving execution on high-impact initiatives. Reporting to the Director, you'll work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to ensure priorities are clear and work moves forward. This role offers exposure to company-wide strategic planning in the Office of the President.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support company-wide strategic planning and key enterprise initiatives
• Structure complex problems into clear analyses and action plans
• Build high-quality presentations for senior leadership
• Drive follow-through on key priorities by tracking decisions and actions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience including management consulting or corporate strategy
• Experience in subscription or SVOD/streaming business models
• MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable strategies

• Experience supporting senior executives
• Strong analytical skills including financial/operational modeling
