You'll lead the transformation of direct marketing into a strategic revenue driver, taking ownership of technical and content design of customer journeys. You'll optimize lead qualification and guide prospects to deal closure through automated end-to-end journeys. This role offers excellence and ownership in a fast-growing FinTech scale-up.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conceive and manage automated marketing journeys end-to-end
- Develop data-driven segmentation and trigger campaigns
- Execute A/B testing to maximize CRM performance
- Monitor revenue KPIs and derive strategic funnel optimizations
- Ensure smooth lead handoff to sales and maintain data quality in HubSpot
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Proven track record in data-driven customer journey optimization for B2B SaaS
- HubSpot expertise with complex workflows, lead scoring, and triggers
- Analytical skills using A/B tests and funnel analysis to drive pipeline velocity
