You'll lead the transformation of direct marketing into a strategic revenue driver, taking ownership of technical and content design of customer journeys. You'll optimize lead qualification and guide prospects to deal closure through automated end-to-end journeys. This role offers excellence and ownership in a fast-growing FinTech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conceive and manage automated marketing journeys end-to-end
  • Develop data-driven segmentation and trigger campaigns
  • Execute A/B testing to maximize CRM performance
  • Monitor revenue KPIs and derive strategic funnel optimizations
  • Ensure smooth lead handoff to sales and maintain data quality in HubSpot

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Proven track record in data-driven customer journey optimization for B2B SaaS
  • HubSpot expertise with complex workflows, lead scoring, and triggers
  • Analytical skills using A/B tests and funnel analysis to drive pipeline velocity
